Peanut Chicken Wonton Cups

Ingredients:

1 package wonton wrappers

1 cup cooked, shredded chicken

1/3 cup peanut sauce

1/4 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Cooking spray
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

Press wonton wrappers into each muffin cup to form cups. Bake for 8 minutes until lightly golden.

Toss chicken with peanut sauce, carrots, and green onions.

Spoon the mixture into each baked wonton cup. Top with chopped peanuts.

Bake for another 5 minutes to heat through.
Serve warm as an appetizer or snack!
