Peanut Chicken Wonton Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 package wonton wrappers

  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken

  • 1/3 cup peanut sauce

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

  2. Press wonton wrappers into each muffin cup to form cups. Bake for 8 minutes until lightly golden.

  3. Toss chicken with peanut sauce, carrots, and green onions.

  4. Spoon the mixture into each baked wonton cup. Top with chopped peanuts.

  5. Bake for another 5 minutes to heat through.

Serve warm as an appetizer or snack!
