Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 cups finely chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 2 tbsp minced onion
For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, and onion.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, milk, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, for best flavor and texture.
- Stir before serving cold.
