Whipped Feta Dip With Balsamic Roasted Strawberries

8 oz feta cheese

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Strawberries:

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Garnish:

Fresh basil leaves

Cracked black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss strawberries with balsamic vinegar and honey, then roast for 15-20 minutes until soft and syrupy.

In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, honey, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.

Spread whipped feta on a serving dish. Top with roasted strawberries and their juices.

Garnish with fresh basil and cracked pepper. Serve with crostini or crackers.
