Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Ingredients:

1 cup natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional for extra nutrition)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:

In a medium saucepan over low heat, gently warm the peanut butter and honey until smooth and combined. Remove from heat.

Stir in oats, protein powder, flaxseed (if using), and salt until fully incorporated.

Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.

Press mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch baking dish.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.

Slice into bars and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
These bars are great as a grab-and-go snack or post-workout fuel.
