Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:

8 oz fettuccine or linguine

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil
-
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely diced

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Toss shrimp with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side or until pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and onion; sauté until translucent.

Pour in cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.

Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, and remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.

Return shrimp and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in sauce.

Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
