Whispers in the Hollow
Mist clings tight to the hollow ground
Where voices echo without a sound
The branches twist like reaching hands
And shadows crawl across the lands
Eyes glimmer where the darkness sleeps
In hollow graves the secret keeps
Footsteps falter on the mossy floor
And every turn reveals one more
A raven calls from a jagged tree
Its cry a warning meant for me
The wind moans low through gnarled limbs
Carrying echoes of ancient hymns
Lanterns flicker where no one treads
Illuminating bones and threads
The hollow sighs, it breathes, it waits
For those who dare unlock its gates
