Black Sesame Mochi Brownies Recipe
 
                        Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup black sesame paste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mochiko (sweet rice flour)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- 
	Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. 
- 
	Melt Butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Let it cool slightly. 
- 
	Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and black sesame paste until smooth. 
- 
	Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, mochiko, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder. 
- 
	Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. If using, fold in the chocolate chips. 
- 
	Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. 
- 
	Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy the unique nuttiness and chewy texture!
