Ingredients:

  • 1 spaghetti squash, halved and seeds removed
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Spaghetti Squash:

    • Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds using a spoon.
