Saffron Rosewater Rice Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup basmati rice
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads, soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk
- 1/4 cup rosewater
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons raisins (optional)
- Pinch of ground cardamom
