Chai Spiced Caramel Apple Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 large apples (Granny Smith recommended)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon chai spice blend (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, nutmeg)
- Pinch of salt
- Chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or chocolate drizzle (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare Apples: Wash and thoroughly dry apples. Insert wooden sticks into the cores.

- Heat sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until melted and golden.
