Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  2. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin, sugars, oil, and eggs. Gradually add dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Fill muffin liners 3/4 full. Bake 20–25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
