Hey all you out there in cyberspace!!!
So today I am posting from the bath tub. It's a bit of a funny story even though I am completely frustrated about it. You see, this morning I woke up all ready to go take a shower and get motivated for my job interview. (It's for a new position at the place I already work at). Well, as I got in the shower, turned on the hot water, and JUST after I lathered shampoo in my hair, the power went out...
Really?! Sometimes I think that the universe does this crap to me on purpose!!!! So now I am sitting on the edge of the bathtub in sweat pants and a t-shirt debating if I should just drive all the way to my mom's house to finish my shower and risk being late for my interview.
I keep trying to come up with a better solution, a way to rinse out my hair before it dries without giving myself a massive headache from the cold water... I miss the days when I had gas heating instead of electric heating. At least when the power went out back then, I was able to finish my shower in peace... Well aside from the sound of my family members running around trying to figure out what was going on with the power...
