Chicken Enchilada Dip
Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup enchilada sauce (red or green)

1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup diced green chilies

1/4 cup diced onions (optional)

Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix chicken, enchilada sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, green chilies, and onions.

Spread mixture into a baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
