Ingredients:

  • 2 zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pesto (store-bought or homemade)
  • Olive oil for sautéing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Sauté zucchini noodles in olive oil for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  2. Add pesto and toss to coat.
  3. Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
