Thai Basil Mango Sorbet Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Make Basil Syrup:

    • Heat sugar and water in a saucepan until dissolved. Remove from heat and steep Thai basil for 10 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. Blend Ingredients:

    • In a blender, combine mangoes, basil syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Freeze:

    • Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn as directed or freeze in a container, stirring every hour until set.
