No Bake Blackberry Oreo Tart

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed

  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries

For Topping:

  • Additional blackberries

  • Oreo crumbs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan. Chill for 15 minutes.

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

  4. Fold in blackberries carefully to avoid breaking them too much.

  5. Pour filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

  7. Before serving, garnish with additional blackberries and a sprinkle of Oreo crumbs.

Serve chilled for a creamy, fruity, and chocolatey dessert.
