Crab Cake Bites

Ingredients:

1 lb lump crab meat

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1/4 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a mini muffin tin or baking sheet.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except lemon wedges. Mix gently to avoid breaking the crab.

Form small bite-sized cakes and place them in the prepared tin or on the sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

Serve warm with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
