Crab Cake Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lump crab meat

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a mini muffin tin or baking sheet.

  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except lemon wedges. Mix gently to avoid breaking the crab.

  3. Form small bite-sized cakes and place them in the prepared tin or on the sheet.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

  5. Serve warm with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
