Cloud Egg Tacos Recipe
Ingredients:

4 large eggs (separated into whites and yolks)

4 strips of bacon or sausage (cooked and crumbled)

1/2 cup guacamole

1/4 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Fold in taco seasoning. Spoon onto the sheet into "clouds" with a hollow center.

Bake for 5 minutes, then carefully place yolks into the hollows. Bake 3–4 minutes more.

Assemble tacos using egg clouds as shells. Fill with bacon/sausage, lettuce, guacamole, and sour cream.
