Tomato and Brie Tart Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • 3-4 ripe tomatoes, sliced

  • 6-8 oz brie cheese, sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Score a 1-inch border around the edges.

  3. Arrange tomato and brie slices alternately on the pastry. Drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper on top.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffed.

  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
