Greek Salad (Tomato Cucumber Salad) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Wash the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes under cold water. Slice the cucumbers thinly and halve the cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the red onion and halve the Kalamata olives.
