Flourless Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

8 ounces semisweet or dark chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup unsalted butter

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 large eggs, room temperature

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Powdered sugar or cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round pan. Line with parchment paper.

Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.

Whisk in sugar and salt, then eggs, one at a time. Sift in cocoa powder and fold gently.

Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until the edges set but the center is slightly soft. Cool completely in the pan.
Dust with powdered sugar or cocoa before serving!
