BLT Turkey Burgers

BLT Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 slices bacon

  • 4 burger buns, toasted

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Tomato slices

  • Mayonnaise or your favorite burger sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into 4 patties.

  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain.

  3. In the same skillet or on a grill, cook turkey patties for about 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F).

  4. Assemble the burgers: spread mayo on buns, add lettuce, tomato slices, the turkey patty, and top with crispy bacon.

  5. Serve immediately with your favorite side.
