BLT Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices bacon
-
4 burger buns, toasted
-
Lettuce leaves
-
Tomato slices
-
Mayonnaise or your favorite burger sauce
Instructions:

In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into 4 patties.

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain.

In the same skillet or on a grill, cook turkey patties for about 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F).

Assemble the burgers: spread mayo on buns, add lettuce, tomato slices, the turkey patty, and top with crispy bacon.

Serve immediately with your favorite side.
