Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons sriracha

  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

  • Oil for frying

  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix coconut milk, mayonnaise, sriracha, and sweet chili sauce in a bowl for the sauce.

  2. Coat shrimp in cornstarch, then in shredded coconut.

  3. Fry shrimp in hot oil until golden and crispy.

  4. Toss fried shrimp in the sauce and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot!
