Turkey and Zucchini Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 3 zucchinis, spiralized or diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • In a skillet, brown ground turkey until cooked through.
  • Transfer the cooked turkey to the crockpot.
  • Add zucchini, onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
