Juicy Oven Roasted Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt or table salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a rimmed baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, oregano, seasoned salt, garlic, and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

Transfer the seasoned chicken breasts to the prepared baking pan and spread them out in a single layer.
