Juicy Oven Roasted Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt or table salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a rimmed baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, oregano, seasoned salt, garlic, and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

  3. Transfer the seasoned chicken breasts to the prepared baking pan and spread them out in a single layer.

  4. Bake the chicken uncovered in the preheated oven for 22 to 26 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken breasts reaches 165°F (75°C).

  5. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate or cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
